Kim Starts Her Journey Today!

Good Afternoon, Everybody!

Are you ready to witness Chattanooga’s biggest weight-loss transformation?

Kim is primed, pumped, and ready to lose her weight! She’s coming in tonight at 6:30PM at my QuickFit Personal Training studio in downtown Chattanooga.

Tonight we’ll be doing lots of pushups and cable curls, perfect for sculpting and toning the arms, shoulders, and pectorals. Afterwards Kim will do her run/walk cardio program that will help elevate her metabolism and burn more fat after her workouts.

Which leads me to ask the question—what are you doing or have done that has helped you burn the most fat? Did working out with free-weights help you burn the most fat? Or was it the cardio that worked the best?

Personally I believe weight-training is bar-none the best fat-burning exercise protocol you can use. Even better than cardio! But tell us what do you think works best for burning fat?
