New Video Of Kim's Workout

Hi Y'all,

Dave your trainer here, giving you the update on Kim.

Kim came to my morning boot camp and got a nice workout in. She'll be out tonight from my QuickFit Personal Training studio but she'll attend my free Saturday Boot Camp at 9AM on Signal Mountain.

We'll weigh Kim in Monday night. Plus we'll take a peek at Kim's nutrition plan next week.

Also look out for Kim's new workout video too. And let us know how you think she's doing!

You don't have to hit the gym for two and three hours each day to lose weight, but it does help to squeeze in 30 minutes of physical activity each day.
