7 Pounds Down, 13 More to Go!

YouTube Chattanooga Woman Loses 7 Pounds and 5 inches in 6 weeks, totaling 52 lbs of weight loss, in GetFIT “20 lbs. in 12 Weeks” Weight-Loss Challenge.

CHATTANOOGA, TN – November 19th, 2007--Chattanooga woman loses 7 pounds and 5 inches in 6 weeks with local fitness expert—bringing her total weight-loss to 52 lbs. in 11 months—with the world watching on YouTube.

On October 8th, 2007, David Duford, owner of QuickFit Personal Training, launched the “GetFit Challenge”, featuring local Chattanooga resident Kim Witt as she exercises and eats her way to a healthier and leaner body, her goal; to drop 20 pounds in 12 weeks.

“Kim has made great strides—she’s losing over 1 pounds per week and has lost over 50 lbs. personal training with me in under a year. The QuickFit “GetFit Challenge” includes bi-weekly video updates and daily blog updates on Kim’s progress and footage from her workouts at http://getfitchattanooga.blogspot.com/ where she’ll discuss her successes, shortfalls, and secrets to her weight-loss progress. Some of the topics participants will learn from include:
